About Our Posters

LivePosters are limited edition, hand-numbered art prints co-designed with artists and venues. Each poster is screen-printed on premium paper and represents a specific moment in time—once the edition sells out, it's gone forever. Unlike mass-produced merchandise, our posters are designed to be framed and displayed as collectible art.
Each poster edition varies, but typically ranges from 50 to 250 prints. The exact edition size is always listed on the product page. Once an edition sells out, we never reprint it—making each poster a true collector's item.
Most of our posters are 18" x 24" (standard concert poster size), though some special editions may vary. The exact dimensions are always listed on each product page.
We recommend using acid-free matting and UV-protective glass to preserve your poster's colors and paper quality. Standard 18x24 frames are widely available at most frame shops and retailers. Avoid hanging posters in direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.

Ordering & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Domestic (US) shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Every poster is carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care to ensure your poster arrives in perfect condition.
Due to the limited nature of our prints, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your poster arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Collector Access

Collector Access is our exclusive loyalty program for poster owners. When your poster ships, you unlock special perks including behind-the-scenes content, exclusive discounts, early access to new drops, and more. Your poster is your key to a deeper connection with the art and artists.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with instructions to access your exclusive content. Simply log into your account on our website to view your collection and available perks.
Yes! If you sell or gift your poster, you can transfer ownership through our marketplace. The new owner will receive access to the associated Collector perks once the transfer is complete.

Marketplace

The Marketplace is where collectors can list their posters for sale to other fans. It's a way for sold-out editions to find new homes while maintaining the authenticity and provenance of each piece.
Log into your account, go to your collection, and select the poster you want to list. You can set your price and link to your listing on platforms like eBay or Whatnot. When sold, you'll initiate a transfer to the new owner.
Marketplace sales are peer-to-peer transactions. We verify poster authenticity through our LP-ID system, but the actual sale happens on external platforms. We recommend using platforms with buyer protection for your peace of mind.
